I'm walking in my undies and fundraising for...ME and all the other women struggling to be heard ❤️
For years, I knew something wasn’t right with my body. I just didn’t know how hard I would have to fight to be heard.
My journey with PCOS and suspected endometriosis has meant living with debilitating pain, irregular and heavy periods, exhaustion, hormonal changes and symptoms that have impacted nearly every part of my life. But one of the hardest parts hasn’t just been the symptoms themselves. It has been navigating a healthcare system where women’s pain can so easily be dismissed, normalized or left without answers.
I’ve spent years searching for those answers, advocating for myself and learning just how many women are going through incredibly similar experiences. Too many of us grow up believing that severe period pain is simply something we are supposed to tolerate. Too many women spend years trying to find someone who will listen.
That is why The Down There Affair means so much to me.
Supporting women’s health isn’t just a cause I care about. It’s personal. I want the next generation of women and girls to have better education, better research, better access to care and the confidence to know that when something doesn’t feel right, they deserve to be taken seriously.
I’m sharing my story because conversations about what happens “down there” shouldn’t be embarrassing, uncomfortable or hidden.
The more we talk, advocate and raise funds for women’s health, the closer we get to a future where women don’t have to fight so hard just to be heard.
This one is for every woman still searching for answers. 💛

Love you! Xo
