Women's health has been overlooked for too long!
Friday 28th Aug Did you know that only 7 cents of every Canadian health research dollar goes toward women’s health? Seven cents. Let that sink in.Not only that, but most medical research has only been done on male specimens. And we all know women's bodies - and health concerns - are different than men's. We have not benefited from the same medical research and studies; in turn, women's reproductive health has been overlooked and underserved... and it's time we change that.
